A Colourful Nursery Rhyme

A Colourful Nursery Rhyme

Dreadful days,
Rainy, cheeky days.
A dark sky, stern and sad.
But the Earth still spins,
From Caracas to Gibraltar,
Only a little, little by little,
From Beijing to Berlin.
Here comes a swarm of colours,
Sweet melodies and odours.
Round and round goes the hornet,
Singing a beautiful sonnet.
In her yellow yellow dress,
The buttefly shows her finesse.
Don’t run away, Spring,

And make the night sing.
